Terms and Conditions

General

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all transactions between the Swiss Snow Sports School Scuol-Ftan (SSSSF) and its customers. The object of the company is the operation of a snow sports school. This includes, in particular, services such as teaching the skills and knowledge of skiing, telemark snowboarding as well as biking, without guarantee of a certain training success, as well as guiding and accompanying snow sports and summer activities.

Value proposition

Both the services paid on site and the online reservations are considered confirmed bookings. SSSSF undertakes to comply with the offered offer, taking into account the points mentioned below.

The SSSSF guarantees the service only if payment has been made in full.

Basically, the snow sports instructors teach in all weathers. The SSSSF reserves the right to modify, cancel or cancel the program or individual services after the conclusion of the contract and also during the activity.

In the event of cancellation of classes for the reasons mentioned above, a pro rata fee will be refunded.

Group

Group lessons take place for a minimum of three people. If a group is reduced to less than three participants or if it is required by the organization, the SSSSF reserves the right to merge groups with similar strengths or different meeting points or to cancel the courses at short notice. Due to the flexible organization, it is also possible to change teachers.

Ticket of the snow sports school

The SSSSF tickets do not include the use of the lifts. The SSSSF will not compensate for cancelled teaching times caused by failures of the cable cars and lifts. The use of the conveyor belts in the practice area is free of charge.

Tickets for classes are personal and non-transferable.

Cancellation

The cancellation of a reservation must be made at the booking office at least 12 hours before the start of the course.  Otherwise, the full fare will be charged according to the booking.

Restitution

A refund on our part will only be made in the event of timely cancellation. In case of late arrival or early termination of the lesson, there is no entitlement to a refund.

For the refund of cancelled bookings, the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction will be used or will be made by bank transfer.

In the event of an accident/illness or other cases of hardship, the costs will be covered by the guest's cancellation cost insurance, provided that such insurance has been taken out in advance. The recovery is the responsibility of the participant. We recommend that all customers take out appropriate insurance. A doctor's certificate is required.

Restrictions on operation such as wind and weather influences, avalanche danger, force majeure or operational disruptions do not entitle the holder to a refund or compensation.
